Brian has been involved with coaching at the college, junior college, and high school
levels for over 35 years. During that tenure, many of his players have gone to the next
level of Division I, Division II and professional baseball.
The main objectives of Brian's pitching method is a balanced approach to mechanics, the mental game, arm care and training, and competing at a high level. "It's all about getting hitters out!"
Brian received his Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Colorado State University - Pueblo, where he played basketball. Out of high school, he was
recruited to Division I in football, basketball and baseball. Brian was a free agent with the Denver Nuggets (NBA) in 1979, and inducted into the GPSA Hall of Fame in 1993 as both player and coach.
Brian and his wife have three children, two sons and a daughter. His son, Luke, is a professional pitcher for the Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball. Currently retired from baseball coaching, Brian is revered as the area's top pitching instructor.
