54 Outs: Speed & Power
Baseball training and conditioning - 54 OUTS: Speed & Power for 9 innings at Diamond Baseball-Simcox Academy. Mondays & Wednesdays @ 4-5pm.
54 OUTS has been designed by Johnny Long's Training Academy around the two most sought out attributes in baseball: SPEED and POWER. Today’s athletes may not be created equally, but they’re now given a focused opportunity to maximize their potential.
54 OUTS is here to aid in the progression of every player, regardless of level and skill, to that maximum potential. This training program has been tailored for maximum impact and minimal recovery. The five (5) basic focal points will be dissected with the athlete, and then expanded upon for a more in-depth application:
* Linear Speed
* Bi-Lateral Explosion
* Multi-Directional First Step Agility
* Run Form
* Explosive Power
Cost: $20 per session or $125 for 10 session package
